Making A Purchase

Minimum order value of £40.00.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all debit and credit cards excluding American Express.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Back Orders

All items not in stock will have to be re-ordered and postage paid.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK, VAT will be added at the current rate. Channel Islands are VAT free for the moment.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Delivery Charges
Delivery cost is based upon the total weight of your order.

You are able to see the delivery charge which will be added to your order by viewing your shopping basket once you have placed items into it. The cost of the goods along with any delivery cost is calculated and displayed as you add items to your basket.

In order to keep delivery costs down, large or heavy orders may be split and sent as separate consignments, at no extra charge to you. Where a postage method has been selected and a more expensive method is available, we might have to send your order via the more expensive method.

Delivery Times
Our products (excluding made to measure and personalised items) are held in stock at Bio Sculpture SMS and not with a third party or drop shipper. This means we are able to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Most orders within the UK are actually delivered next day but use the following as a general guide...

Orders placed before 9.30am are usually dispatched the same day as you placed the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays) and are delivered within 3 days within the UK and 5 days for International orders.

For UK Customers, Royal Mail Special Delivery Service is usually a 2 day delivery service, Courier Servcies is a 2 day delivery service (Remember: This is the delivery time from the Post Office, not necessarily from the date you place your order! All delivery estimates exclude weekends and UK bank holidays)

You can check the status of your order at any time, by going logging into your profile and clicking the Order History Button.

Customs and Excise Procedures
For sales within the UK or EU, there are normally no further taxes to pay but if in doubt you should check with your local Customs and Excise department.

For sales outside of the UK or EU, you may be charged tax or duty according to your local laws. These charges must be borne by you as we have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Normally, you pay these taxes to the local Postal or Delivery Service.

Under international law, you are considered to be the importer of the item and you who must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods before you order. Customs policies can vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office if you require further information.

Returns and Refunds
On receipt of your consignment please inspect contents immediately. Whilst every care is taken to ensure suitable packaging has been utilised, all observations of damage or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving your order. If you receive an item which is damaged please notify us by email and we will arrange a replacement.

Items found to be damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

If you wish to return an unwanted item for a refund you must notify us with 48 hours of receiving your order. Failure to do so means we are unable to offer you any refund of any kind.

Unwanted items to be returned must be sent back at your cost. Items should be returned in their original packaging (unopened where possible) and should be sent via recorded post so as to be able to track the location of the items in the event of any dispute. We will not refund any postage costs incurred by the customer to send unwanted items back to Bio Sculpture Gel.

IMPORTANT: Where an item is returned due to a sizing issue, where the size is correctly shown on the product page, we will only refund the cost of the product and not the initial shipping cost. It is your responsibility to check that you have correctly identified the size of the product before purchasing. Items also wrongly ordered and returned will not be refunded the initial postage. Make sure you know what you are ordering before doing so! This is your responsibility and you must agree to these terms before placing an order.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable because they have been refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we will attempt to contact you, asking if you would like us to re-send the package. Re-sending the package will incur a further shipping cost. If you no longer require the package the value of the items it contains will be refunded, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return us the package. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.

This Postage and Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
